Hale County Hospital Clinic, is one of our two clinic locations. Located on our Greensboro campus adjacent to the Hospital, HCH clinic is made up of a committed team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses who are driven to provide passionate, holistic care to your whole family. In our state-of-the-art facility, we are proud to offer the following services:
Primary care, including regular check-ups
Pediatric and geriatric care
Preventative care, including vaccinations
Diagnostic services through Hale County Hospital
In addition, Hale County Hospital Clinic offers a mental and behavioral health clinic. By integrating primary care and mental health, we hope to give our neighbors high-touch, personal care right in their community.
As a National Health Service Corps Site, we promise to serve all patients, offer discounted fees for patients who qualify, and not deny services based on a person’s: race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or inability to pay. We accept insurances including but not limited to the following: Medicaid, Medicare, and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
As neighbors caring for neighbors, our promise to you is that you will never be turned away from our clinic because you are unable to pay. We offer a comprehensive Sliding Fee Scale program, which may make a visit to our clinic more affordable for your or your family.
