Accepted Insurance Plans
As a National Health Service Corps Site, we promise to serve all patients, offer discounted fees for patients who qualify, and not deny services based on a person’s: race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or inability to pay. We accept insurances including but not limited to the following: Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, Tricare, AARP, and Physicians Mutual.

Sliding Fee Scale Program
Both of our clinics offer a comprehensive Sliding Fee Scale program, which is designed to provide free or discounted care to eligible individuals who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their medical services. In addition to quality healthcare, patients are entitled to financial counseling by someone who can understand and offer possible solutions for those who cannot pay in full.
