Hale County Home Health brings care to you.

The Hale County Hospital Home Health Department provides care to home-bound individuals in Hale, Greene, Perry, and Marengo counties. Located on our Greensboro campus, our Home Health program supports patients with a caring, neighborly team composed of nurses and aides. Our goal is to promote and facilitate a healthier quality life for you and your family, right in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. This program can support those who have difficulties with mobility or need more regular care particularly well. Some of our available services include:

• Physical Therapy

• Occupational Therapy

• Speech Therapy

• Medication Monitoring

• Wound Care

• Diabetic teaching

• IV Therapy
