Hale County Hospital serves the 15,000 Residents of Hale County, Alabama.

Located in Greensboro, the seat of Hale County, we are committed to being the first line of defense for Hale County residents, providing resources to support their emergency or diagnostic medical needs. We are a team of neighbors caring for neighbors, and will remain committed to supporting and engaging with the Hale County community. We offer the following services:

• Radiology; including ultrasound, CT, and X-ray

• Swing Bed

• Outpatient Physical Therapy

• Outpatient primary care clinics with locations in Greensboro and Moundville

In addition, we are an extended stay site for swing bed rehabilitation, which provides physical, speech, and occupational therapy to patients during a longer term stay with the goal of living independently.
