Choose the clinic that’s most convenient for you. Both locations offer the same high-quality care and services.
-
We strive to ensure continuity of care, so you can request to see the same provider when scheduling. While we aim to accommodate these requests, it is not always guaranteed. However, our providers work collaboratively and consult with each other to ensure you receive seamless, high-quality care.
-
Hale County Hospital Clinic and Moundville Medical Associates offer walk-in appointments for sick visits. Choosing a walk-in sick visit at the clinic is a great alternative to visiting the Emergency Department for non-emergency concerns. It allows you to receive prompt, efficient care while keeping emergency services available for critical cases.
Please arrive before 4:30pm.

Both of our clinics offer a comprehensive Sliding Fee Scale program, which is designed to provide free or discounted care to eligible individuals who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their medical services. In addition to quality healthcare, patients are entitled to financial counseling by someone who can understand and offer possible solutions for those who cannot pay in full. For more information on eligibility requirements and to access the application, please visit the “Payment & Pricing Policies” by clicking here.
